thirteen ways

8bb goes on break after rehearsal tomorrow, and I toddle off to the airport immediately, heading to London and points beyond. The trip is pure pleasure (with a couple of meetings sandwiched between drinking sessions), but I am aiming, hoping, wanting to blog while I’m away, so don’t abandon me, faithful readers. I will post about a bunch of back-logged things, including: vibrato in 8bb; sight-reading new Reich; Ann Arbor residency, including some seriously wacked Cornelius Cardew madness; and a podcast featuring a DePauw panel discussion from October. I will also be trying to track my jaunt through Europe; probably not in too many words, but with rolls and rolls of digital “film”.
