What it may represent is that renters have a lot more choices of where to live because of houses being purchased by investors, and being rented out. They don\'t have to choose an apartment to rent. Arts funding being cut because of a gay play being produced, KKK harassment of a black family in a subdivision, Newt Gingrich the local rep are just a few of the things.
